I. Responsibility for the protection of your Personal Data.

EntryPay SAPI de C.V. is responsible for the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of Articles 2 and 3, section XIV of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and Article 47 of its Regulations.


II. Purposes of Processing your Personal Data.

  • • Provide the services required by the company.
  • • For the administration of our services, including payment control and electronic billing.

III. Consent for the processing of sensitive, financial, and patrimonial data.

In compliance with the provisions of Articles 8 and 9 of the LFPDPPP, you are informed that to collect and process your sensitive, financial, or patrimonial data, as indicated in section II of this Notice, it is necessary to obtain your express consent, so in cases where information classified within any of these categories is required, your authorization for the processing of such data will be requested through the corresponding format. You may at any time revoke the consent granted to the educational institution for the processing of your personal information in cases where the LFPDPPP so provides.


IV. To whom can you file your complaints and reports for improper treatment of your personal data?

If you consider that your right to the protection of personal data has been violated by any conduct, action, or response to your requests, you presume that there is a violation of the provisions set forth in the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties in the processing of your personal data, you may file the corresponding complaint or report with the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI). V. Use of Personal Data

You will have access to your Personal Data and/or Sensitive Data at all times, either to request its Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition in accordance with the provisions of the Law, in writing or electronically, by addressing your message to EntryPay at Calle Miguel Laurent No. 804, 6th Floor, Col. Letrán Valle, 03650 Benito Juárez, CDMX Mexico, or to the email address info@entrypay.net, or by calling +52 (55) 2177-3508 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.


I. Personal Data that we may request from you:
I.I Simple Personal Data:
  • Recipient: Full name, address, email, phone.
  • Billing: Name of the individual or entity for billing, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC) / Proof of tax status, email.
  • Administrator: Full name, official ID, address, email, phone.
  • EntryPay users: Full name, official ID, address, email, phone.
  • Business Partners: Full name, official ID, address, email, phone.
I.II Sensitive patrimonial Personal Data:
  • Payment: (i) bank account (for service payment) which may be credit card, debit card (bank institution, account number, CLABE, and branch); or through the payment gateway (PayPal and Mercado Pago, or others that may be added).

The requested information allows EntryPay to contact users and potential customers when necessary to complete purchase procedures. Additionally, EntryPay will use the obtained information to:

  • • Ensure efficient service
  • • Inform about new products or services related to those contracted or acquired by the customer
  • • Fulfill obligations contracted with our customers
  • • Inform about changes in our products or services
  • • Provide better customer service.

In the case of the program of notifications of promotions, offers, and email services, only EntryPay has access to the collected information. This type of advertising is carried out through promotional email messages and/or text messages, which will only be sent to you and those contacts registered for this purpose. You can modify this indication at any time by sending an email to info@EntryPay.net


VI. Transfer of personal data.

ENTRYPAY may transfer your Personal Data within and outside the country to fulfill the contracted services, and this transfer may be to:

  • • Companies within the same group as ENTRYPAY;
  • • Courier and/or parcel delivery companies for the purpose of fulfilling the contracted services;
  • • Our service providers and subcontractors contracted to perform functions on our behalf or provide us with services (such as storage and delivery; marketing and advertising; legal, audit, accounting, and other professional service providers; and other services related to our business), provided that such service providers do not collect, use, or disclose personal information for any other purpose than to perform such functions on our behalf to provide us with services, or otherwise as required by law.
  • • Carefully selected third parties, including our affiliates, to send you marketing and promotional information from third parties that may be of interest. In such circumstances, these organizations may be governed by confidentiality obligations and restrictions on the use of your personal information. We will obtain your express permission before allowing a third party, who is not an affiliate, to send such marketing and/or promotional information.
  • • Law enforcement agencies, government or regulatory agencies, or other third parties to comply with applicable law.

To obtain more information about you, we may use cookies, web beacons, and/or similar technological elements to obtain information such as: type of browser and operating system; internet pages you visit; links you follow; IP address; sites you visited before entering ours; user recognition; detecting highlighted information; and measuring some traffic parameters.
